Honoring the Method
Empowering the Body
"I do not have a Pilates instructor; I have a Pilates guru! And my body is being transformed and rebuilt in ways that most people could not even begin to understand. Injury and muscular mal-use that was based in early childhood left me in my 40s worried that I would not be able to properly work out again and that I would begin to see a continued decline in my form and function. I really do think she can see things in people’s bodies that most instructors cannot. She also has patience and guidance and support that leaves me coming back for more even when my body challenges me."
