Gretchen Roscoe
FOUNDER & PILATES TEACHER
Gretchen is the owner and lead teacher of the studio, bringing over 36 years of experience in movement, athletic training, and coaching. As an NCPT-certified Pilates teacher, she is deeply rooted in the original work of Joseph Pilates, using his system of exercises as a foundation to help clients move with greater strength, control, and awareness.
Her approach is highly adaptive and informed by a strong medical and movement background. Gretchen meets each client where they are—whether they are new to Pilates, returning from injury, or looking to refine their performance—and designs sessions that support long-term, sustainable progress. With a sharp eye for posture and movement patterns, she helps clients understand their bodies on a deeper level, creating meaningful and lasting change.
Known for her supportive yet challenging style, Gretchen creates an environment where clients feel encouraged, capable, and motivated. Her goal is not just to guide a workout, but to empower each individual with the strength, alignment, and confidence to move better in everyday life.
